Coastside Guitar
I am a retired public school teacher and a local Coastside musician. I've taught at the elementary, middle and high school level and was involved in education and teacher training for over twenty-five years.
I've been a guitar player for what seems like all my life. I started playing when I was about eight years old: the school talent show, with friends after school and for countless hours in my bedroom learning from songbooks and records. For the past fifteen years or so, I've played guitar and sung in bands, performing in Coastside venues and around the Bay Area.
What I hope to nurture and help develop in my students, is the same love for playing guitar that I first felt years ago and still feel today.​
